Use this envelope with all 3-up 1099, 1098 or 5498 forms. The security tint and cellophane windows ensure the privacy of the information. This envelope is 3 7/8" x 8". All 1099 envelopes are constructed of 24# envelope stock. These tamper evident envelopes have cuts in the flap. Once sealed, if there is an attempt to reopen the envelope, the flap easily tears.
